Once upon a time I would have put “Athlete” on that list too but my dedication to computer science & art pulled me away from sports & over time my physique deteriorated. Fortunately dance has kept me relatively healthy but just as I decided to pick up sports again Covid hit. In the first year of lockdown alone I put on about 14kg
I decided to start doing regular workouts & diet management to regain my prime shape & I wanted to use social media to track & motivate my progress.
